Signs in as “I'm a CanTaxAi Pro”, lands on the practice dashboard.

  • Practice admin

    Owner of the practice workspace. Adds accountants and practice staff.

    Menu: Everything in the practice + practice settings, email, legal, privacy

  • CanTaxAi Pro

    Prepares and files client returns.

    Menu: Dashboard, groups, returns, queries, documents, GST/HST, payroll, CRA

  • Practice staff

    Assists with documents and client follow-up. No filing settings.

    Menu: Dashboard, groups, queries, documents, CRA inbox

Taxpayer side — filing for yourself

Signs in as “I'm filing my own taxes”. One person, no extra users, ever.

  • Taxpayer

    You and your family's return, whether you came on your own or from a practice.
